The School year starts from the Ist week of April to 31st March.
For admission to KG, the child should have completed 3 years as on the 15th April of that academic year.
Admission fee will not be refunded and registration of names does not guarantee admission.
The fee has to be paid strictly in advance before or by the 5th of each month. If the fee is not paid till the last working day of the month, the name of the student will be struck off the class register automatically. Pupils shall be allowed to sit for examination only after the dues are cleared.
Post dated cheque will not be accepted.
All documents for admission should be submitted to the school authorities within 20 days (from the date of admission). The student will not be allowed to attend school after the date expires.

The following documents will be required for the processing of application for admission:
Admission form should be completed.
Two photocopies of the child's passport with the visa page. (For KG to grade XII)
3 passport size color photographs of the child. (For KG to grade XII)
Emirates i.d copy of the student
A copy of the child's birth certificate. (For KG, Prey & grade I)
Student coming from their home/other countries and seeking admission from Grade II onwards must produce a Transfer Certificate within 20 days from the date of admission which must be counter signed by :
1. District Education Officer of the particular region in their country.
2. Ministry of foreign affairs / Home department
3. U.A.E. Embassy / consulate in their country
Report card copy of the previous / present class.
Vaccination Card.
Examination Criteria
For the purpose of evaluation of the pupilís progress during the Academic year and the achievement at the end of the Academic year, the school has adopted 2 terms which is prescribed by CBSE. The Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation.
Monthly or periodical class tests
1st Terminal examination in October
2nd Terminal examination in March
Promotion criteria for the annual examination:
Term- I
i Formative Assessment - I 10% Term I = 50%
ii Formative Assessment - II 10%
iii Summative Assessment - I 30%
Term- II
iv Formative Assessment - III 10% Term II = 50%
v Formative Assessment - IV 10%
vi Summative Assessment - II 30%
Students absent from the examination / class test will not be allowed to appear for another retest but equivalent weightage will be given in the Annual Examination.
The result of Annual Examination shall be final.
A student must compulsorily secure at least 50% marks for Arabic and Islamic Studies and 40% for Social Studies in order to obtain promotion to the next class.
Islamic Education up to Class X for Muslim students is compulsory.
Long leave will not be granted.
Application for withdrawal must be made on the prescribed form and submitted to the Accounts Department, one month prior to the date of withdrawal during the stay of the child in the school.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues and ministry paper work, which will take a period of 1 month or more.
If the student leaves school for any reason , the fees have to be paid as follows:
a) He/she should pay fees for one full month if he/she attends at school for two weeks or less
b) He/she should pay school fees for two full months if he/she attends school for more than two weeks and less than one month.
b) He/she should pay school fees for three months if he/she attends school for more than one month.
Transport will be available on approved routes and for new routes parents should get prior approval from the transport department.
Withdrawal of transport facilities requires one month notice otherwise current month bus fees will be charged.
All students are expected to attend school daily in proper uniform and must report on time.
Video games / Ornaments / Mobile phones or Electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in the school and the school will not be responsible for loss of any valuable things.
Parents should be strictly present at the bus stop to collect their wards at the time given by the transport department. If they fail to do so, then the student will be brought back to the school for your collection.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
