The registration for new students starts from January every year.

The School year starts from Ist week of April to 31st March.

Admission Age is 3 years in K.G. class, by 15th April every year.

Admission fee will not be refunded and registration of names does not guarantee admission.

The fee has to be paid strictly in advance before or by the 10th of each current month. If the fee is not paid till the last working day of the month, the name of the student will be struck off automatically. Pupils shall be allowed to sit for examination only after the dues are cleared.

Post dated cheque will not be accepted.

All documents for admission should be submitted to the school authorities within 20 days (from the date of admission). Otherwise the child will not be allowed to attend the school after the date expires.

Admission form should be completed.

Three photocopies of the child's passport with the visa page.

6 passport size photographs of the child.

Two attested copies of child's birth certificate.

Student coming from their home/other countries and seeking admission from Ist class and onwards must produce a Transfer Certificate within 20 days from the date of admission which must be counter signed by :
    a. District Education Officer of the particular region in their country.
    b. Ministry of foreign affairs / Home department
    c. U.A.E. Embassy / consulate in their country
    d. Their Embassy / Consulate in

Report card copy of the previous / present class.

Vaccination Card.

The way transport fees are also subject to full bus fees.

Transport is available on current routes and for new routes parents should get prior approval from Transport department. (Also applicable for parents shifting the house in future).

Withdrawal of transport facilities requires one-month notice otherwise current month bus fees will be charged.

All pupil are expected to attend the school daily in proper uniform and must report on time.

Video games / Ornaments / Mobile phone are strictly prohibited in the school and the school will be responsible for loss of any valuable things.

Parents should be strictly present at the bus stop to collect their ward at the time given by the transport department.

Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Parents are requested to inform the school authorities for any changes in their mobile / office / residence number.
